Family Photography Sydney | The Outlook Nature Reserve | Part 3 of 3

Transcript

This is the 3rd video from The Outlook Reserve photography location. This is my favourite spot… leaving the best till last.

This is the pond at the other end near the corner of Sanctuary drive and Samantha Riley drive, and I love this spot for the kids because there’s some beautiful pylons here with great chain links that go across them, and getting photos of the kids in front of those with the water behind them is just magic.

They can even feed the fish down here, there’s some carp that swim around in the water, so if the kids start to get sick of the shoot, they can just start feeding the fish and then I can take photos of them while they’re doing it.

It’s really good, because you get a lot of even light during the day, because there’s a lot of coverage from the trees, so it doesn’t really matter what time of the day you shoot here. You can still get some really nice shots.

It’s very easy access, there’s parking right along the road here and it’s a 20 metre walk down to here, so it’s not far at all. There’s also some great picnic tables here as well if you wanted to hang around and have something to eat afterwards.

Hang around for my next video, it’s Rouse hill regional park. I love that location. There’s plenty of different spots around there for you to get some great photos, so stay tuned.
